Your Puppy comes with a health guarantee, first deworming, and an initial wellness exam.  (Unless delivery/pick-up date has been adjusted earlier)

All of our puppies who receive this health guarantee are to be in good health and free from visible signs of infection, contagious or communicable diseases when purchased. Your PUPPY is guaranteed against life threatening defect until its 3rd birthday. If such a congenital defect is found, BUYER must provide written documentation from a licensed veterinarian at the time of the diagnosis, and SELLER has the option to have condition verified by SELLER’S veterinarian. The BUYER then has two options listed below.

Two Options:
1. Exchange the PUPPY for a healthy PUPPY of same sex and quality when available, with all medical and travel/shipping charges covered at BUYER’S expense.
2. Choose to keep the PUPPY and SELLER will provide a healthy puppy of same sex and quality when available, with all the medical and travel/shipping charges covered at BUYER’S expense.
If this PUPPY dies from a SUSPECTED congenital defect before its 3rd birthday an autopsy must be performed at BUYER’S expense. Cause of death must be verified by a licensed veterinarian with written documentation, and will be confirmed by SELLER’S veterinarian, before a replacement PUPPY will be provided. Registration papers must also be returned to SELLER within 14 days of loss.

There will be no cash or credit refunds. We offer replacement puppies only. A returned puppy must be returned to us in good condition. Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs to and from us.

A replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact parents of the original puppy. However, it is our desire to please, and we will work with our buyers to ensure satisfaction. Should we not have any westie puppies expected within twelve months of the puppy return, we will reimburse the original purchase price if all of the stipulations within this agreement have been met.
The BREEDER DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR INJURY OR MEDICAL COST AFTER DELIVERY, SHIPPING, OR PICK UP. All vet charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by seller!

Our puppies are sold as PET QUALITY puppies with limited AKC registration unless otherwise noted on the AKC registration form and an additional fee paid to us prior to puppy pick-up. We do not guarantee your puppy to be able to sire or whelp puppies.

Please do not take your puppy into public places unless absolutely necessary, until the puppy has had all of its vaccinations (as recommended by your veterinarian) to insure immunity against disease. Our veterinarian recommends the first puppy shots given around 8 weeks of age. Since most puppy pick up days are at 8 weeks, the first set of shots are usually at about 7 1/2 weeks. Check with your veterinarian to schedule the series of vaccinations (usually at 8 weeks, 11 weeks, and 14 weeks.)

For healthy skin, Westies require a moderate protein diet that is high in fat. This specific diet is necessary to help your pet to maintain its coat. Not all dog breeds have the same requirements.

We know that you and your new puppy will spend many years together, as you join our many happy and satisfied buyers. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING/DELIVERY CHARGES, maintenance, and veterinary expenses.
